What is Semaglutide?

AM I A CANDIDATE?

Each new patient will need to schedule an initial consultation with our medical provider to determine eligibility in our weight loss program.

  • The patient must have a BMI of 25 or above. This can be discussed and determined in your initial consultation.

  • Willingness to make lifestyle modifications. Each patient will follow the recommended nutritional plan, physical activity, and weekly visits.
