PharmXHealthOne provides a combination of nationwide telehealth services and local in-clinic treatments. Availability of services depends on federal law, state medical regulations, and whether a treatment requires the physical use of medical equipment. The following guidelines define how and where services may be delivered.
 

1. Nationwide Telehealth Services (All 50 States)

PharmXHealthOne offers medical evaluations, follow-up consultations, and prescription therapy services through licensed telehealth providers serving patients across all 50 states, subject to state-specific telemedicine rules.

The following categories of services are generally available nationwide, unless restricted by state law:

• Weight Loss Programs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.)

• Peptide Therapy

• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

• Integrative & Functional Medicine Programs

• Exosome Therapy Consultations & Prescription Ordering

• Chronic Disease Support Programs

• Health Coaching, Wellness Plans, and Lifestyle Guidance

Important:
While consultations and treatment planning may be delivered nationwide, some medications—especially controlled substances or compounded therapies—may have state-specific prescribing limitations. PharmXHealthOne complies with all such regulations.
 

2. Local In-Clinic Services (Florida Only – Boynton Beach Location)

Certain services require specialized equipment, hands-on medical operation, or direct supervision by a provider, and therefore can only be provided in person at our Boynton Beach, Florida clinic.
 

These include, but are not limited to:

• Body Contouring Treatments

• Laser-Based Treatments

• Equipment-Based Anti-Aging Procedures

• In-Clinic Diagnostic Tests Requiring Specialized Devices

• Physical Assessments Requiring Medical Equipment

These treatments are not available via telehealth and cannot be administered outside Florida.

3. Local IV Therapy Services (In-Clinic + Mobile Within 20 Miles)

PharmXHealthOne offers intravenous (IV) therapies, including Exosome IV Therapy, only through in-person medical administration.

IV therapy is available:

• In-clinic at our Boynton Beach location

• Via mobile service within a 20-mile radius of the clinic

Nationwide patients may receive evaluation, consultation, and treatment approval, but IV infusions themselves are only performed in Florida by licensed personnel.

4. Compliance with State Medical & Telehealth Regulations

All services—whether delivered nationally or locally—are provided in accordance with applicable state medical board rules, telehealth prescribing regulations, compounding pharmacy laws, and federal DEA requirements regarding controlled substances.

State regulations differ, and as a result:

• Certain medications may not be prescribed in specific states

• Some states require an initial in-person examination

• Some states prohibit or restrict certain compounded medications

• Rules governing telehealth prescribing of hormones, peptides, or controlled substances may vary

PharmXHealthOne ensures full compliance with these jurisdictional requirements and may not be able to provide certain therapies depending on the patient’s state of residence.

5. No Guarantee of Eligibility

Completion of a telehealth consultation or submission of medical intake documents does not guarantee eligibility for any treatment. All prescriptions and therapies are provided at the sole discretion of the treating provider, based on medical appropriateness and legal compliance.
