Step 3: Receive Your Personalized Plan
You’ll receive a clear explanation of which medical and wellness options may be appropriate for you.
Step 4: Optional Treatment Enrollment (If Approved)
If the provider determines that weight-loss medication is clinically appropriate:

The $100 credit applies toward your first month only

Medication programs are priced separately and are not required
Step 5: Ongoing Support (Optional)
Continue with provider-guided care, follow-ups, and wellness optimization if you choose.
