PharmXHealthOne is not an emergency medical provider.
Our telehealth and in-clinic services are designed for non-urgent, wellness-focused, and chronic-care support only. PharmXHealthOne does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical emergencies through telehealth, in person, email, or messaging platforms.

 

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must seek immediate care.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care facility if you experience any of the following:

  • Chest pain, pressure, or difficulty breathing

  • Signs of a stroke (sudden numbness, weakness, confusion, vision or speech difficulty)

  • Loss of consciousness or sudden dizziness

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Major trauma or injury

  • Uncontrolled bleeding

  • Severe allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling, hives)

  • Seizures or convulsions

  • High fever with severe symptoms

  • Any condition requiring immediate medical evaluation

 

PharmXHealthOne cannot provide emergency medical advice or crisis intervention via:

  • Telehealth video visits

  • Phone calls

  • Text messages

  • Email communication

  • Patient portals

  • Social media or third-party messaging

 

Mental Health Crisis

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or a severe emotional crisis, contact:

  • 988 – Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

  • Your local emergency services

  • The nearest hospital emergency department

 

PharmXHealthOne does not provide emergency psychiatric care.

 

Patient Responsibility

By receiving services from PharmXHealthOne, you acknowledge that:

  • Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency conditions

  • PharmXHealthOne providers may direct you to in-person or emergency care if necessary

  • Delayed emergency treatment may result in serious harm or death
